Sample Mode

I initially created Sample Mode as an admin only tool that I used heavily during early testing. As I continued to use it, I realized that it was a kick-ass feature and that I needed to make it available to everyone.

Instead of auditing an entire collection of Anki cards, Sample Mode will randomly audit a subset of cards of the uploaded collection. This allows users to audit their collections in smaller chunks, at whatever pace they prefer.

Sample Mode plays nicely with Cached Cards. If there are cached cards in the uploaded collection, Sample Mode will always try to target the uncached cards first, but fill the rest of the order with cached cards if needed (free of course).
