Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy (General)

Due to the digital nature of our service, where the audit analysis involves immediate and irreversible computational costs (GPU/TPU time), all sales are final. By clicking "Pay" and starting an audit, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any standard "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal once the processing has begun.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee (Discretionary)

While we generally do not offer refunds, we want you to be happy with your audit. If you believe the "QualityScore" report is fundamentally inaccurate or if a technical error prevented your report from being generated, please contact us via our Contact Page.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or re-run audits at our sole discretion. This "Satisfaction Guarantee" is an informal promise of good customer service, not a legally binding obligation to refund any specific transaction.

3. Arena Memberships (Handled by Apple and Google)

Sections 1 and 2 above cover flashcard audits bought on this site. An Arena membership works differently, because you do not buy it from us: the purchase is made from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and they hold the payment relationship.

That means refunds for an Arena membership are requested from the store, not from us, and are granted under the store's policy rather than this one. We have no ability to issue, deny, or expedite one. This is a genuine limit on what we can do, not a way of declining.

  • Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: request a refund from Play Store > Payments and subscriptions > Budget and order history.

Cancelling a membership is separate from refunding one. Cancelling stops the next renewal and is done in your app store account settings; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep member benefits until that period ends. See section 8.2 of our Terms of Service for the full membership terms.

If something on our side is broken, tell us anyway. We cannot move your refund through the store, but we would rather know about the problem than not.
