Due to the digital nature of our service, where the audit analysis involves immediate and irreversible computational costs (GPU/TPU time), all sales are final. By clicking "Pay" and starting an audit, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any standard "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal once the processing has begun.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee (Discretionary)
While we generally do not offer refunds, we want you to be happy with your audit. If you believe the "QualityScore" report is fundamentally inaccurate or if a technical error prevented your report from being generated, please contact us via our Contact Page.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or re-run audits at our sole discretion. This "Satisfaction Guarantee" is an informal promise of good customer service, not a legally binding obligation to refund any specific transaction.
